还原型谷胱甘肽预防大剂量顺铂化疗所致的肾毒性

【摘 要】目的：观察和评价还原型谷胱甘肽减轻以大剂量顺铂为主的联合化疗所导致的肾毒性。方at：对病理证实
的晚期非小细胞肺癌27例、消化道癌39例及卵巢癌19例应用含顺铂为主的联合方案化疗，其中顺铂剂量70～
80mg 1～3天(总量150mg～240mg)，同时给予还原型谷胱甘肽1．5g／m：，静脉注射，第1～5天。结果：以顺铂为主
的联合化疗有效率均达到50％ 以上，而化疗前后患者血肌酐清除率、尿素氮、尿蛋白及电解质均未出现异常。结论：
还原型谷胱甘肽可有效保护肾功能，l临床应用可预防大剂量顺铂化疗所导致的肾毒性并减少水化和碱化，有利于l临
床应用。

Efficacy and safety of high。。dose cisplatin with glulathione protection
in the treatment of malignant tumors(A Report of 85 Cases)

ABSTRACT Objective：To observe and evaluate the efficacy of glulathione in the treamem of
renal toxicity caused by cisplatin based chemotherapy．M ethods：All the advanced m alignancy
cases were proved by pathology including None small cell lung cancer(27 cases)，digestive cancer
(39cases)and ovary carcinoma(19cases)．The patients received combination chemotherapy based
on high dose cisplatin．The dose of cisplatin was 70～80mg，d1～d3．(total 150mg～240mg)．At
the same time．glutathione was offered from d1一d3．The dose was 1．5g／m2，d1～ d5 ．Results ：
The response rate of combination chem otherapy w ith high dose cisplatin was over 50％ ． and
the values of great，Bun，u— protein and electrolytes were norm a1．Conclusion：Olutathione has
good protection on renal function．It can reduce the application of chem otherapy based on high
dose cisplatin．
