口服红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架制剂联合化疗对恶性肿瘤患者生活质量及体质状态的影响

Abstract
AIl~t To observe the eficacy of oral nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton
preparation(N-CWS)for improving pafien~’quMity of life(QOL)in stirvived
period．
METHODS： Thirty-five cases in the expe rimental group were treated with
oral N-CWS and chemotherapy．an d 30 cases in the control group only witIl
chemotherapy．Furthermore，the score of QOL,eficacy，／emission time，clin。
icalbe nefit rate，subset ofT cellsan dNK cells and side efectwere observed．
RESULTS：The score of QOL in the experimental group was increased
(t=5．653，P <0．05)，the SCOre of life status was increased(t=4．212，
P <0．05)．Th e clinical benefit rate was 86％ (30／35)，remission time after
chemotherapywas(19．63-1-9．18)days．NK celswerehigherthan before．But
as eficacyrate，side efect，and sub set ofT celswere concerned，therewere
no significant diferences between the two groups(P>0．05)．
CONCLUSION：Oral N-CWS can improve physical quality and QOL witIl
good tolerance．

摘要
目的：探讨口服红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架制剂(nocardia rubra cel wall
skeleton preparation，N．CWS)对患者生存期的生活质量的改善情况。
方法：试验组35例采用N．CWS联合化疗，对照组3O例单用化疗。对
生活状态评分、疗效、缓解时间、临床受益率、T细胞亚群、NK细胞、副
作用进行观察。
结果：试验组生活质量评分增加(t=5．653，P<0．05)，生活状态评分
增加(t=4．212，P<0．05)，化疗后缓解时间为(19．63-i-9．18)d，临床
受益率为86％ (30／35)，NK细胞提高，而有效率、副作用、T细胞亚群
变化差异无显著性意义(P>0．05)。
结论：口服N．CWS能改善患者的生活质量和体质状态，患者耐受性良好。
